Thank you for your support at the fantastic Amy K Launch Party at the Urbanlife Cafe. We appreciate you helping us raise awareness for Post-Abortion Syndrome - it is really great to be involved in a solution!

Please follow instructions below for purchasing your portraits.

These high resolution digital files are available for a donation of

$10 per photo with all proceeds going to Providence Foundation.

We are also offering a special bulk package of 5 digital photos for $45

(see the seperate bulk order form further down page.)

HOW TO ORDER YOUR SINGLE PHOTOS ($10 each)

Step 1

View and choose Photos here

Note that the photosbelow have not yet been processed/retouched.

Once chosen The actual photo will be processed and cleaned up before it is emailed to you without the Providence watermark.

Step 2

Note down the desired Photo ID number

Please insert the desired photo ID (ie: PF_001) with your purchase receipt on the form below.

NB. To order multiple single photos, a seperate paypal purchase with a seperate order form is required for each photo.

Step 3

Proceed to Paypal to complete purchase here (one payment of $10 per photo/order)

Please note and record the Paypal receipt number on order form below.

Step 4

Fill in form below your desired photo ID, your Paypal receipt number and the email address to send the digital file to.

Please include a contact name and phone number in case there are any email issues.

The High Res Digital Files will be processed and cleaned up and emailed to your specified email address as soon as possible.
